Every icon is handcrafted in our workshop in Greece with great care, using traditional techniques and premium materials. Our goal is to ensure that every order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Larger iconostases, custom-made pieces, and personalized orders may require additional production time. If extra time is needed, we will notify you promptly after your order is placed.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using reliable courier services such as FedEx and other trusted carriers, depending on the destination and the nature of the order.

Every shipment is securely packaged using high-quality protective materials to ensure maximum protection during transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Greece: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–7 business days
United States & Canada: 3–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges will be handled according to the shipping method selected during checkout.

United States Orders — Important Notice

As of August 2025, the United States has eliminated the duty-free de minimis exemption for all imports, regardless of order value. This means all orders shipped to the United States are now subject to customs duties upon arrival.

These duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Icons Genesis does not cover, reimburse, or absorb any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the shipping carrier.

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and accept that additional duties may be charged to you directly by the carrier upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.

Packaging

Every icon is carefully wrapped and packaged using professional protective materials to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Because our products are handcrafted works of art, we pay special attention to secure packaging and safe transportation.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly and provide the most appropriate solution.
