This magnificent iconostasis features at its center the sacred icon of the Ascension of Christ, surrounded by revered Saints and Martyrs of the Orthodox Church, including:

• Saints Constantine and Helen

• Saint Catherine

• Saint Paraskevi

• Saint Onuphrius

• Saint John the Forerunner (John the Baptist)

• Saint John the Theologian

• Saint Sebastian

The doors of the iconostasis depict Archangel Michael and Archangel Gabriel, completing the composition with profound spiritual symbolism and sacred beauty.

🔹 Artistic Features

• Crowned with a handcrafted triangular roof symbolizing the heavenly dwelling.

• Features finely carved wooden details, including a central carved cross (visible when the hanging oil lamp hook is not in use).

• Two small handles allow the doors to open and close smoothly.

• When the iconostasis is closed, an ornamental wrought-iron cross is displayed on the exterior.

• Four antique-style metal hinges provide both durability and aesthetic harmony.

• A handcrafted Byzantine double-headed eagle made of iron is mounted above the central icon.

• The Archangels hold handcrafted forged iron spear and sword.

• A small base is incorporated at the bottom.

This iconostasis serves as a complete Orthodox home shrine and can be wall-mounted, creating a beautiful personal prayer corner.

Please note: The hanging oil lamp and metal hook are not included. They can be ordered separately through the product options.

We gladly accept custom orders. You may choose your own Saints, icons, or religious themes, allowing us to create a unique iconostasis designed especially for you.

🔹 Artistic Process

All of our icons are faithful reproductions of authentic Byzantine prototypes. They are created using high-quality lithographic printing on paper mounted onto canvas, which is then carefully adhered to solid fir wood (never MDF). Each piece is individually enhanced by hand using our signature aging technique and protected with an eco-friendly water-based varnish for exceptional durability.

Because every icon is handcrafted, slight variations make each piece truly unique.

🔹 Materials

Solid fir wood, iron, canvas, paper, and, depending on the design, bronze, copper, fabric, and 8-karat gold leaf (used on selected icons or upon request).

We use only natural solid wood to ensure authenticity, beauty, and long-lasting durability. Never MDF.

🔹 Certificate of Authenticity

Every icon is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Alexander Stratoulis is an official member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece. Every design and finishing process is completed in the GENESIS workshop using our distinctive artistic aging technique.

🔹 Returns Policy

According to European legislation, works of art are non-returnable unless:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• The item is returned at your expense using the same shipping carrier.

• After inspection, the item is confirmed to be in its original condition.

• If damage is found, a restoration fee may apply, and you will be informed before any charges are made.
